Bread Dough from freshly ground grains – Whole Wheat and a non-gluten Rice Bread
Liquify Flax Seeds They can be put in a smoothie whole and become liquified right in the drink! (This is important because flax seeds begin to go rancid immediately upon grinding)

Cracked Grains for things like cooked grain cereals
